Workplace bullying and job-related stress
I spent twenty years in international business, working for small start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies, before becoming a psychotherapist. So I have insider knowledge of the corporate world and the pressures it can exert. I help professional clients with a variety of career goals, including achieving better work-life balance, identifying limiting beliefs and other blocks to success, and working toward career change.
Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination
I also work with clients facing issues of workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination. These issues are extremely serious, and they can happen at any level of an organization.
I can't help with the legal side, but I can help you cope with the incredibly pervasive negative influence these things can have on your self esteem, your sense of agency, and your ability to properly protect yourself. I can also help you to map out what you need to do to respond to the situation, and work out how you can best re-take charge of your life.
